Counselling
What is it?
Counselling is a process that is different for everyone, it enables you to talk about the factors that make up the way your life is going. As your counsellor, I will listen to what you have to say, and work towards understanding the issues that you are having from your personal perspective. This may help you to gain a clearer understanding of whatever may be on your mind, and help you come to a decision on something that you may have been uncertain on for quite some time.
How do the sessions work?
Counselling with Benjamin Eeles Counselling means that you can pick the amount of sessions that you have, and how regularly you have them. Most clients aim to have a session every week, however, it is up to you on how often you have your sessions, what you talk about in them, and to what detail. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and can be done face-to-face, online, or over the phone.
How does the process work once I get in touch?
Once you get in contact with me, we will work to organise a time where we can have a short chat over the phone, where we can work out what it is that you want to talk about, how you want the counselling to benefit you, and organise the first session. Once this is done, I will send over some documents for you to read and sign, and then we will be ready to get started.
What are the prices?
It all depends on what kind of counselling you want, online counselling is charged at £45 per session (£75 for London residents), which is done over WhatsApp video chat. Face-to-face counselling is charged at £55 per session, which is done at St Laurence Pastoral Centre, in Northfield, Birmingham. Phone counselling is £40 per session.
